Day 1 - Arrival in Passau - Schlögen
Transportation by bus from the car park at 4:15 PM or from the train station at 4:45 PM (included).
Boarding on- the MS Wolga -
At 6:45 PM, the boat leave toward Obermühl (Schlögener Schlinge). At night, you will have dinner on board.
Day 2 - Schlögen - Linz 59 km
You will get the bikes around 9 AM. You will go for a ride along the Danube river. You will ride through the famous baroque village of Schlögener Schinge as well as Wilhering where you will enjoy its cathedral called "the abbey of thousand angels". Then you will get to Linz (castle, city square, baroque oldtown, Brucknerhaus and so on)

Day 3 - Linz - Grein (Danube affluent) 59 km
Journey to the Pöstlingberg with the most steeply incline of Europe which is know for it baroque abbey. Riding on the danube Cycle Path, you will pass the lake called Pleschinger See to he moated castle Pragstein in Mauthensen and to Grein (baroque city square, castle-Greinburg, theater)

Day 4 - Grein - Melk 49 km
Cycle tour along the Danube from Grein to Wiesen, passing the Studengau and the amazing island Wörth to the Nibelungengau. Through the "Gothic City Town of Nibelungen" called Ybbs via Säusenstein to Pöchlarn and finally you arrive in Melk the "Entrance to the Wachau" valley listed as UNESCO world heritage site located between Melk and Krems.

Day 5 - Melk - Krems 39 km
You will cross splendid vineyards and the famous wine villages of Spitz and Dürnestein with their ruins and churches. You will get to Krems (UNESCO world heritage site

Day 6 - Krems - Greigenstein or Vienna 52 km riding and 21 km by train or 72 km riding
The Danube cycle path will lead you to the "Tulln Feld' plain. You will visit Tulln city also called "the city of flowers" (minster, marvellous old town). Then, you will get to Greifenstein in the suburbs of Vienna where you may take the train to join Vienna or the boat in Vienna-Nussdorf. (This itinerary may be done riding by the cycle path). Free visit of the city, you will be blind by the lights in the city of waltz.

Day 7 - Mauthausen- St. Forian - Linz 42 km
In the morning, you will enjoy the fabulous landscapes passing the Nibelungengau and Strudengau. After lunch, you will discover Abwinden/Asten and you will admire St. Florina Abbey , most famous baroque building of Upper Austria where you will find the tomb the famous composer Anton Bruckner. Then, you will visit Augustiner Chorherrenstift monastery. To end the day, you will get to Linz and return the rented bikes. Approximately 1.2 km from the boat.

Day 8 - Passau
Breakfast at 9 AM, arrival in Passau at 9:45 AM. Transfert by bus to the train station or the car park.
