 
DAY 1 - Arrival in Redon
Door-gate of Morbilhan Gulf, the rive traffic intersection of Redon is the starting point of this tour in Central Brittany. By way of warming up, take time to ride along the old dock-sides, to cross the bridges and footbridges and admire the ancient shipowners and merchants houses.
DAY 2 - Oust valley and Malestroit 46 Km
Big nature area, the Valley of Oust displays its wonders on the North of Redon. Rivers and channels frame this spectacular area to Malestroit, called "the treasure of Oust". Discovery of this charming little city with character.
DAY 3 - Josselin and the castle of Rohan 41 Km
Built on the hillside, the splendid medieval city of Josselin will welcome you after riding few kilometers. The impressive castle is an emblematic witness to discover the history of Brittany. Its numerous little alleyways, bordered by wood houses, are ideal to roam.
DAY 4 - Guerledan Lake 55 Km
You will ride to meet Napoléon's town (Pontivy) and its castle. After a picnic on Blavet banks or a rich lunch in a creperie, you are in good spirits and riding seems easy. By the end of the day, you will get to Guerlédan Lake, in the middle of Quénécan forest. If you like nature, you will love this place.
DAY 5 - Carhaix 60 Km
The first stage this morning is at the confluence of Blavet and Daoulas rivers. It is the Cistercian Abbey of Bon Repos that offers you its imposing architecture. You will take the Gomel trench dug by the convicts in Dantesque conditions. Your stop at night is in Carhaix, which is the Poher capital ("lovely area" in Breton). It is the incontrovertible cultural meeting place of Brittany. Here you will discover the real meaning of hospitality : human relations are easy and warm.
DAY 6 - Châteauneuf du Faou 45 Km
Discovery of Finistère and its heritage. Few kilometers later, you will get to Aulne river, wider and more meandering. Maybe the early-birds will meet does, squirrels and herons. Heading to Châteauneuf, you will meet a lot of fishermen on the banks waiting for trouts and pikes.
DAY 7 - Châteaulin 45 Km and back to Quimper-Redon by train.
You will end your tour around Châteaulin with a religious and rural heritage journey. You will ride in a legendary territory. In the back-ground, you will see Arrée mounts, surprising and magical. You will end in Guily Glaz (the last lock before the ocean!) and you will come back to Redon by train.
End of the tour in Redon in the middle of the afternoon.
