Day 1 - Capian

Arrival planned around 6 PM. Settling at the hotel and road book handling.

Dinner and night in Capian.

Day 2 - From Capian to Saint-Macaire - 35 Km

After breakfast, you will get your bikes. You will begins this ride through the vineyards of Premières Côtes de Bordeaux to get to Saint Macaire area. This journey will offer you splendid views over the Garonne river. It will take you from Cadillac and its castle to the castle of Malromé known as the ancient house of Toulouse Lautrec and to Malagar property of François Mauriac.

Dinner and night in the center Saint-Macaire.

Day 3 - From Saint-Macaire to Saint Symphorien or Origne - 38 to 44 Km

You will leave Saint-Macaire to ride on the left bank of the Garonne. You will take winding roads through the famous vineyards of Sauternes where you will see its jewel : the castle of Yquem. You will also ride through the villages of Leogats and Noaillan to reach Balizac and enter in the Regional Nature Park of Landes de Gascognes

Dinner and night in Saint Symphorien or Origne* (*depending on disponibilities).

Day 4 -  Fom Saint Symphorien or Origne to Le Barp - 54 Km

Leaving you overnight city, you will take a little forest road through the Landes the Gascognes. It is very pleasant with its pregnant resin smell.  On the way, you may stop at the lakes of Hostens to have a picnic on the shady shores. Then, the ride will take you between pines and heathers to the village of Le Barp.

Day 5 - From Le Barp to Arcachon - 36 to 52 km

You will take the cycle path to Mios and then reach Teich, coastal gateway to the Regional Nature Park. There, you will discover the Basin of Arcachon. Taking the littoral track, the salty air will take you to Gujan-Mestras before entering in Arcachon. You may take the linking itinerary to reach the national site of the Dune du Pilat. Leave the bike down to climb the highest dune of Europe that offers a spectacular panorama.

Day 6 - Arcachon Basin
End of the tour after breakfast.

Possible transfer back by train to Bordeaux or Capian.
