You want to book a tour ?

• Fill in the booking form that you will find on the technical specification sheet of the tour you want. (One form per person, except for the tours with boat rental : 1 form per boat)

• If you prefer the traditional paper booking form, print it (in French) : Bulletin de réservation

• For every method of payment, we will confirm the availability of the tour before cashing.

• We will ask you a deposit corresponding to 30% of your order to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before the beginning of the tour.

Common abbreviations :
- B/B : "Bed and Breakfast" = the night and the breakfast
- 1/2 P or half-board  = dinner, night and breakfast
- Sup. single  = Extra for a single room
 

Booking form for the tour [ the details ] :

° Date : the day you are getting on the tour, before the first night  (obligatory field)
° Name and first name : only one name per form (obligatory field)

° Room supp. single : tick if you want a room just for you
° Room(s) - type (one bed ? 2 single beds?) : specify if you want a room with a large bed or 2 beds of 90 cm

° Extra dinners : tick the half-board option offered on some of the B/B tours

° The Bike : Hybrid rental : tick if you want to rent an hybrid bike

° The Bike : electrical rental : tick if you want to rent a bike with electrical assistance (only on some of the tours)

° The Bike : size : specify your gender Man (bike with a cross bar) or Woman (bike without bar) and your height (ex: 165cm)

° The Bike : theft insurance: tick if you want a theft insurance for the bike you are renting.

° Transfer back: included in some tours, to be ticked as an extra for the others.

Extra nights

The extra nights have their own booking form. One form per person and per night.

° Date : the day you are getting on the tour, before the first night  (obligatory field)
° Name and first name : only one name per form (obligatory field)

° Extra night details : specify the date you want for the extra night (beginning or end of the tour)
° Extra night in single room: tick if you want a room just for you

° Room(s) - type (one bed ? 2 single beds?) : specify if you want a room with a large bed or 2 beds of 90 cm

Cancellation insurance

The extra cancellation insurance has its own booking form. One form per person.
