 
Day 1 - Toulouse
The "Pink city" welcomes you. On an incidental music of Claude Nougaro, let the warm and colorful atmosphere carry you along.
Settling at the hotel which is downtown.

Day 2 - From Toulouse to Castelsarasin - 48km
Leaving Toulouse, you will ride along the Garonne Canal called the Canal latéral à la Garonne. The first observation will be that the track is in better shape than the one along the canal du Midi. You will ride through Agre Forest. During this stage, you will discover Montech, famous for its medieval houses and its water slope (boatlift unique in the world). This stage will lead you to Castelsarasin birthplace of the singer Pierre Perret.

Day 3 - From Castelsarasin to Agen - 54km
You will discover the remarkable bridge of the Cacor Canal built of red bricks. It spans the Tarn River before Moissac. Moissac, is a town located on Saint James Way, it offers an incontrovertible stop with its cloister listed as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. To be seen: its marina and craftsmen.

Day 4 - Rest time or loop route around Agen
A day to visit the city or to go for a ride to see some historical and tourist sites around Agen : Valence d'Agen with its wash-houses, Donzac with its medieval town from 1270, its museum of technology and its black wine cellar.

Day 5 - From Agen to Tonneins - 49 km
You will get back on the cycle tracks along the canal. There, again, some wonder will punctuate your journey : Sérignac and its helical bell tower ! Get off the track for a while to join Buzet known for the wine "Côte de Buzet". Then, you will get to Tonneins by a little road leading out the Canal to reach the Garonne river.

Day 6 - From Tonneins to Langon - 56 km
Just as beautiful as ever, the track crosses Mas d'Agenais. To be seen: the church Saint Vincent with the Rambrandt painting and the Romanesque Door. You will also ride through Fourques, Meilhan, Fontet and Castets en Dorthe. Castets is the town where the canal joins the river. The end of this journey will be along the Garonne river.

Day 7 - Loop route around Langon
Two options : Either a bicycle ride in the heights and vineyards of Langon or a day in Bordeaux taking the train in the morning and back at night.
