 
Tuscany is one of the most beautiful region of Italy as much by its cultural heritage as its nature. This tour will take you through the most surprising cities of Tuscany, from Siena to Florence passing by San Gimignano.
Day 1- Siena
Arrival planned in the evening, settling at the hotel. Free discovery of the city. We advice you to visit : "Piazza del Campo" which is the central square of the city, the Dome, the "Pinacoteca nazionale" (the main pictorial museum of Siena), the hospital Santa Maria Della Scala which houses the National Archaeological Museum and the Palazzo Publico, which is the headquarters of city government.

Day 2 - From Sienne to Radda in Chianti - 43 km
After breakfast, you will ride north to the beautiful village of Radda in Chianti. This village is located between the valley of the Pesa and Arbia, on a hill covered with vines. The landscapes before you are beautiful. Arriving in Radda in Chianti, you will discover the remains of its ancient walls which are very well preserved.

Day 3 - From Radda in Chianti to Greve in Chianti - 40 km
You will ride through the region of Chianti, from Radda to Greve. There, you will enjoy the hills covered with vineyards and olive trees. This small village, whose emblem is the black cock, is the capital of this region, Chianti. You may go for a walk to the beautiful Village Square, dating from the Middle Ages and surrounded by arcades.

Day 4 - From Greve di Chianti to Florence - 38 km
Depart for the capital of Tuscany: Florence or Firenze in Italian. Located between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian Sea, it is almost in the middle of the peninsula. The city has a rich cultural heritage: churches, palaces, gardens, museums ... Don't miss the Piazza San Firenze, where is the Bargello Palace (built in 1255, which houses the National Museum). Then, go to the beautiful Boboli Gardens, next to Pith Palace and the Belvedere Fort, exceptional for its collection of sculptures.

Day 5 - Florence to Tavernelle or option Florence (loop route).
Make the most of this day off to enjoy Florence and visit the city to your heart's delight. Florence is the cradle of the Italian Renaissance, with its priceless heritage and the artists associated to it such as Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. True to its reputation this Italian city will enchant you.

Day 6 - From Florence to Colle Di Val D'Elsa - 27 km (level 3)
Transfer by train to Certaldo (40km) then by bike, you will reach the city of Colle Di Val D'Elsa. The village is located in the heart of Tuscany on the Francigena way, the major medieval highway for pilgrims coming from northern Europe and going to Rome. A lot of archaeological evidences were founded in Colle di Val d'Elsa dating from the fourth millennium BC. Center of art and culture during the twentieth century, today it is a lovely little town with old and modern buildings surrounded by green hills watered by the Elsa river.

Day 7 - From Colle Di Val D'Elsa to Siena - 37 km
You will ride towards Siena, where your tour has started. During these last few miles, you will enjoy nature and breathtaking landscapes. Enjoy one last time the city to stroll leisurely.
