 
Day 1 - Arrival in Vicenza
Arrival in the evening, settling at the hotel, welcome planned at 6:00 PM. You will enjoy a walk in the historical town, with the buildings of the famous architect Andrea Palladio. We strongly advice you to visit the 15th century Basilica, the Olympric theatre and its surrounding villas.

Day 2 - From Vicenza to Bassano del Grappa - 40 Km
Through the countryside, you will head towards Marostica, a small town surrounded by ancient walls of its castles. Then you will cycle to Bassano del Grappa, located at the foot of the pre-Alps of Vicenza, it is famous for its wooden bridge built by architect Andrea Palladio over the Brenta River.

Day 3 - From Bassano del Grappa to Treviso - 62 Km
You will leave the valley and get to the first cities of the famous architect Palladio. Riding through the plain, passing by Asolo, you will get to Treviso where you will enjoy its many rivers, the beautiful houses along them and the many shops mode of this reference city.

Day 4 - From Treviso to Mestre/ Venice - 38 Km
You will leave the city of Treviso behind you to follow the Sile river down Casale. You will pass the Cemetery of Burci (cemetery of boats that is also a haven for aquatic life). Then you will ride to Mestre.

You may ride to Venice to extend your journey and possible night in Venice. (To be specified when booking)
Day 5 - From Mestre/Venice to Chioggia - 33 Km
Enjoy this day for a ride to Venice. The Grand Canal runs along the most beautiful houses, often of Byzantine influence and some dating back to the 13th century. You will take the Rialto Bridge to reach St. Mark's Square, lined by arcades. Don't miss the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Then, you will cross two islands: Lido and Pellestrina islands (in addition plan on 15€ per person for the crossings). In Chioggia, we advise you to stroll in the narrow streets of this nice coastal city.

Day 6 - From Chioggia to Padoue - 60 Km
Heading north, you will reach Padua on the river Bacchiglione . She claims to be the oldest city in Italy. You may visit the big Basilica dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, which gave its name to the city but also the "Palazzo della Ragione", the "Piazza dei Signor"i and all those other religious buildings.

Day 7 - From Padoue to Vicenza - 48 Km
Finally, you will get back to your departure city Vicenza. On the way, you will pass by the Villa Rotonda, the most famous Palladian villa. Just before entering in Vicenza, you will admire the villa Valmarana Ai Nani, with its magnificent frescoes made by Tiepolo.
