 
In Netherlands, around Zuider inland sea, the 17th century was called the Golden Age. During this century, Holland was a powerful seafaring and trading nation.
This tour rounds the inland sea which is, now, called Ijsselmeer Lake. The little ports on its shores were worldwide famous like Monnickendam, Hoorn, Vollenhove or Harderwijk.
By bike and by boat, you will go through 4 different faces of Netherlands : Polder with its windmills, lakes surrounded by greenery, wood and heathland area and the marshy region with its lakes and peat bogs.

Day 1 - Amsterdam , Boarding at 4 PM, short loop route 20km
Day 2 - Amsterdam to Hoorn 50km or go ashore in Volendam 27 km
Day 3 - Hoorn-Enkhuizen 27km visit of the Zuiderzeemuseum. Sailing to Vollenhove
Day 4 - Loop route to Giethoorn/Weerribben 45 to 61km
Day 5 - Vollenhove - boat to Roggebotsluis. From here to Harderwijk 45km.
Day 6 - Harderwijk to Spakenburg 46km
Day 7 - Spakenburg to Amsterdam 49km
Day 8 - Amsterdam end of the tour before 10 AM
