Lake Constance lies between Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is famous for its picturesque towns and villages, among which are Lindau, Stein am Rhein and Bregenz. This short, sporty cycling holiday invites you to explore the stunning landscapes around Lake Constance.

Day 1: Arrival in Constance
Receive travel documents and pick up your bikes. Discover the old quarter of Niederburg and its rows of medieval houses, home to rustic wine bars. Admire the cathedral and the harbor in the beautiful city of Constance!
Overnight in Constance.
Day 2: Stein am Rhein Loop (75 to 85 km)
Cycle along the Gnadensee to Radolfzell, a former imperial city turned spa resort. Continue through the countryside along the Höri Peninsula to Stein am Rhein, with its many frescoed houses. Return to Constance via the fishing villages along the lakeshore.

Day 3: From Constance to Lindau or Bregenz (50 to 65 km) + ferry
Take the boat from Constance to Meersburg and continue your journey along the vineyards, passing through Friedrichshafen, the birthplace of the Zeppelin (airship) (you can visit its museum). Continue your journey towards the Bavarian town of Lindau, which is rich in originality and history. Then continue your journey to Bregenz, the capital of the Vorarlberg region of Austria, known for its famous festival.

Day 4: From Lindau or Bregenz to Constance (70 to 90 km)
Begin your day by crossing the Rhine Delta Nature Park to Altenrhein. Continue on the Lake Constance Cycle Path through apple orchards and the towns of Arbon and Romanshorn. Then return to Constance. The approximately 80 km stage is made easier by the very flat terrain and well-maintained cycle paths. End your stay with a stroll through the old town and enjoy an ice cream or a good beer.
Day 5: Constance
