Day 1: Arrival in Orléans

Check-in at your hotel, conveniently located near the train station and the historic city center. Explore Orléans, a city of art and history situated at the crossroads of the Beauce, Sologne, Gâtinais, and Val de Loire regions. The city boasts numerous historical and cultural landmarks, including:

• The Bannier Gate
• The mystery of the St. Aignan crypt
• The Sainte-Croix Cathedral of Orléans

Overnight in Orléans.

Day 2: From Orléans to Beaugency (28 km)

Departure towards the medieval village of Beaugency! Cycle along the Loire River and explore the Beaugency labyrinth, a unique and family-friendly activity (not included). This park promises moments of fun as you solve various puzzles!

Day 3: From Beaugency to Blois (35 km / 48km including Chambord)

Today, enjoy Beaugency for the last time by visiting its castle, located in the heart of the village! Primarily known as the residence of Jean de Dunois, the so-called bastard of Orléans and a companion-in-arms of Joan of Arc, the castle has witnessed significant moments in French history. Then, cycle towards the city of Blois, situated along the Loire River. A "City of Art and History" since 1986, Blois boasts a rich historical and architectural heritage that will surely captivate you. On the way, take the opportunity to visit the Château de Chambord, the most beautiful and impressive castle in the Loire Valley.

Day 4: End of the tour in Blois

End of the tour after breakfast and departure. There is the option to book an additional night in Orléans or Blois. You can also book a train ticket to Orléans.

The bike :

• Rental bicycle: If you rent a bicycle it will be given to you at the first hotel. At the end of the circuit, you will have to leave this bike at the rental company indicated.
• Personal bike: We do not recommend bikes with small tires. Hybrid bikes and mountain bikes are excellent. Remember to check your bicycle before setting off. At the end of the tour, you will need to take care of your own bicycle.

Assistance:
Assistance in the event of breakdown (except punctures for which we do not intervene).

Luggage:
They are transported by a courier or by our team and limited to one piece of luggage per person. (maximum 20 kg).

Roadbook :

We will provide you with a travel booklet by e-mail and post before your departure, as well as access to our GPS application. We will also provide you with hotel vouchers and luggage tags. 

Transportation:

• By train: TER or Intercités about 1h15 from Paris Austerlitz.
• By road: A10 motorway, then A701 E60 direction Orléans / Saran exit n°14.
