Day 1: Beaune
You will be welcomed at your hotel to receive your roadbook and some practical information to help you make the most of your cycling holiday in Burgundy.Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, seduces with its rich heritage and its art of living. Its famous Hospices de Beaune, a Gothic masterpiece, bears witness to the wine history of the region. Between tastings in the cellars, walks on the ramparts and discovery of the charming alleys, the city offers a stay combining culture and gastronomy. Don't miss the traditional market and local specialties, such as "Boeuf Bourguignon". Beaune is an essential stop for all lovers of good food and French culture.

Day 2: from Beaune to Dracy (36 km)

Day 3: from Dracy to Cluny (46 km)
France's first cycle path, the Voie Verte, built on an old railway line, awaits you in Givry. You follow it to discover the pretty Romanesque architecture of Buxy, Saint Gengoux le National and Malay. Before arriving in Cluny, you can visit the Cormatin castle. In Cluny, immerse yourself in the history of this emblematic city of the Middle Ages. The former spiritual and intellectual capital of the West, it is home to the majestic remains of Cluny Abbey, founded in 910. And don't miss a stroll through the town's charming medieval streets

Day 4: from Cluny to Mâcon (26 km)
The hills appear in the landscape. Don't worry, the route remains level. You pass in front of the charming medieval castle of Berzé-Le-Châtel, through which you can make a detour. Continue your stage by taking the longest tunnel in Europe reserved for non-motorized vehicles. The surprising Roche de Solutré stands a few kilometers before your arrival in Mâcon.

Discover the history of photography at the Nicéphore Niépce Museum, stroll through the historic center around the Saint-Vincent Cathedral and be amazed by its architecture. The Saône quays are ideal for a stroll, offering superb views.
