The Sundial

Boat description :

The Turkish caique or "gulet," Sundial, was built at the Vedat Sungul shipyard in Bodrum, Turkey, using the ancient art of Turkish shipbuilding. Although the vessel is equipped with sails, it uses its engines during the cruise.

The entire caique is equipped with air conditioning and features comfortable interior spaces, including a spacious dinette. Guests can also unwind on the large solarium deck, where comfortable beach mattresses are available for relaxing while enjoying the sound of the sea. The stern deck offers a wide and elegant lounge area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas when docked in a harbor.

The onboard catering is an excellent blend of fresh seafood, vegetables, pasta, and meat, all infused with the flavors of Mediterranean herbs.

While docked in harbor overnight, electricity is always available on board. When anchored at sea, the power generator is turned off late in the evening to ensure a peaceful night's rest for guests. Air conditioning is not guaranteed 24/7, particularly during the night. It is also not available when the caique is anchored at sea and cannot be controlled from the cabins.

Cabin descriptions :

The caique features 4 double cabins of approximately 8 m² and 2 slightly smaller double cabins of around 7 m². Each cabin is equipped with private facilities, including a shower with hot and cold water, a small wardrobe, and traditional portholes that can be opened. The beds measure 1.95 x 1.20 m.
