MS Primadonna on the Danube
We offer you a cruise on board the Primadonna along the Danube, on the Eurovelo 6 route. This bike and boat trip starts in the city of Passau in Germany and ends in Serbia. You will be able to taste many flavors and discover incredible landscapes along the Danube.

Day 1: Arrival in Passau
If you reach the city of Passau by train or car, you can take advantage of a transfer from the Donau Touristik-Infopoint parking lot or from Passau's main train station to your cruise ship. Embarkation from 4:30 pm on board the Primadonna.
The boat leaves at 7 pm and sails on the winding curve of the Danube to discover a beautiful landscape.
Day 2: Wachau Valley (53 km)
This stage leads you to Melk and its impressive abbey. You will then cycle along the Danube cycle path to discover the wine-growing towns of Spitz, Dürnstein and Krems (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Day 3: Danube Valley - Bratislava (48 km)
Today, enjoy a guided tour of the city of Bratislava (1 hour - optional). You'll then reach the island of Danubiana Meulensteen (individual visit: gallery, cafés, etc.), cross the Luzny Bridge along the Danube Cycle Path to Samorin and return to your ship.
Day 4 - Puszta (55 km)
Optional guided tour of Kalocsa Cathedral and the Baroque episcopal palace (with the crown of St. Stephen). You may come across herds of cattle, pigs and horses on this stage before reaching the Baroque town of Baja (town hall tower, old town). You'll have the chance to admire some interesting sculptures on Hungary's most famous pilgrimage route.
Day 5: Sava cycle path - Belgrade (35 km)
Visit the town and the Kalemegdan fortress (2h30, optional). Join the Sava cycle path to the island of Ada Ciganlija and Lake Savsko jezero. Return over the famous Brankov cycle bridge to Zemun and through the car-free Waterfront district. Enjoy an exceptional view of the illuminated metropolis of Belgrade.
Day 6: Iron gate and Kladovo (28 km)
Cycle to Kladovo and the Fetislam fortress. You continue your cycling stage on little-travelled back roads to a vineyard near Vrbica/Korbovo, with wine tasting. Further on, you can see the remains of Trajan's bridge. Return to Primadonna and pass between the impressive iron gate walls.
Day 7: Silver Lake (22 or 44 km)
From around 8.00 am, the Primadonna sails through the pierced valley of the Carpathian Iron Gates, where the Danube is up to 60 meters deep and sometimes only 65 meters wide. Visit Golubac, Serbia's largest fortress (individual visit). Cycling tour in Veliko Gradište on flat, traffic-free paths to Silbersee/Srebrno jezero and back to the ship.
Day 8: Vojvodina (46 km)
Cycle through the heart of Serbia's former capital on the Danube cycle path to Carda. You can take a tour of the town and visit the Peterwardein fortress (duration 3 hours, optional). Wine tasting next to Futog.
Day 9: Duna-Dráva National Park (22 or 46 km)
This day includes a visit to the site of the Battle of Mohács and a ride through the Duna-Dráva National Park to Kolked (stork museum). Continue to the Sátorhely battle memorial and return to Primadonna.
Day 10: Visit Budapest and bike tour to Margaret Island (24 km)
You can also choose the option of a 3-hour city bus tour. Active tour: along the Danube cycle path to Szentendre and back (+ 34 km).
Day 11: Cathedral and Slovak Danube cycle route (56 km)
The day begins with an individual visit to Esztergom Cathedral before continuing the bike tour along the Danube through beautiful places like Moca. Your tour ends at the fortress town of Komarno.
Day 12: Vienna - end of Danube bike tour
Disembarkation by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. Possibility of booking an extra night in a hotel to enjoy the city of Vienna.
