Day 3: From Plougasnou to Lannion (48 km / + 505 m)
This second day of cycling takes place along the vast, steep, and wild coastline. Stop at one of the many sheltered coves you'll encounter along the way. And if you feel like it, swim in the (relatively cool) waters of the English Channel.

Day 4: From Lannion to Perros-Guirec (52 km / +450 m)
Cycle towards Trébeurden, a small seaside resort with beautiful fine sandy beaches. The route continues inland towards Pleumeur-Bodou with its impressive Radôme and Saint-Samson with its charming chapel. You then reach the Pink Granite Coast and its remarkable colors. Day 5: From Perros-Guirec to Tréguier (49 km / +465 m)
This stage takes place along the Gorse Coast. Towards Port-Blanc, you'll encounter small beaches, jagged points, strings of rocky islets, and lunar foreshores. Be amazed by the astonishing House Between the Rocks at Pointe du Château. You'll reach Tréguier, a "Little Town of Character," by sailing up the Jaudy estuary.
Overnight in Minihy-Tréguier.
Day 6: From Tréguier to Paimpol (43 km + 325 m)
Discover the wild Lézardrieux peninsula, nestled between the Jaudy and Trieux rivers. At the tip of the peninsula, the Talbert Furrow, a 3 km long strip of sand and pebbles, extends towards the sea, offering a remarkable landscape.
Overnight in Paimpol.
Day 7: Bréhat Island on foot or by bike
Boarding for the island is from the Pointe de l'Arcouest. You can get there by bike or bus. If you wish to visit the island by bike, we recommend renting one on site (not all companies accept bikes; those that do only do so at certain times, and the ticket price is as expensive as renting one on site). Bréhat Island is a small paradise where the landscape changes with the tides. Nicknamed the Flower Island, it is surrounded by pink granite islets and has a unique ambiance and atmosphere. Return to Paimpol.
