Brittany by bike, around the Gulf of Morbihan
You start your cycling holiday in Vannes, in a medieval world where land and sea intermingle, then set off for a tour of "Morbihan" in Brittany! It is an island-to-peninsula journey by smugglers to discover the natural and historical riches of this exceptional territory where life is good! Explore the marshes, enjoy the lights of the rising sun while watching the fishermen on their boats.

Day 1 - Vannes
Arrival in Vannes during the day. Installation at the hotel from 4 p.m.
Day 2 - Vannes - l'île d'Arz - 15 km
Approx. 3 km from the pier, you leave the beautiful city of Vannes on a ferry boat to the island of Arz. Free bike ride to discover the island. Enjoy this peaceful haven as you ride through the narrow streets and houses with their colorful shutters. Return to Vannes for the night.
Boat trip: one-way to Ile d'Arz (30 minutes) or return if overnight in Vannes (30 minutes x2).
Day 3 - Vannes - Arzon - between 38 and 44 km or another option between 45 and 52 km
Today, you'll explore the Séné peninsula for a few kilometers, before reaching the Rhuys peninsula. You'll cycle along the southern shores of the Petite Mer to Arzon. This is a pleasant, bucolic cycling itinerary on small roads and country lanes.

Day 4 - Arzon - day trip to L'île aux Moines - 15 km
Join us today at the pier for Ile aux Moines! Cycle 3 km to the pier, where a ferryman will take you there. Take advantage of this free bike ride to discover the flora and fauna of this small island! Return at the end of the day (5 p.m.).

Day 5 - Arzon - Carnac - 29 or 35 km / including 12 km by boat
Take a ferry across the waters of the Gulf to the north shore to discover more of Morbihan's riches. Discover the Carnac alignments, the largest megalithic complex of its kind in the world and a mecca of European prehistory!
Boat trip: one-way Port-Navalo - Locmariaquer (25 minutes)

Day 6 - Carnac, Ria d'Etel loop - 56 km
Join the Ria d'Etel, and leave the Gulf of Morbihan behind. Cycle to the island of Saint-Cado, one of Brittany's most beautiful sites. Return to Carnac on shady lanes through Breton countryside and granite houses.

Day 7 - Carnac to Vannes - 57 km
Leave Carnac for Auray and the historic port of Saint-Goustan. The bike route then takes you to the Gulf and the beautiful inland sea before returning to Vannes.
