La Bicyclette Verte, a family story born from a passion for cycling holidays.

Since 1986, Pierre Alain and Danielle, the founders, have been passionate about bicycle touring. They created a bike rental business to help people discover the Marais Poitevin on two wheels. Realizing its potential, they offered complementary services with one goal: to share their home region, the Marais Poitevin, by bike. Buoyed by the success of this venture, they developed a taste for adventure and gradually ventured beyond the "Green Venice" to explore, with their three children, the Atlantic Coast, the Gironde estuary, the Canal du Midi, and then the Netherlands... Today, they offer more than 80 routes to discover some fifteen European countries and enjoy fantastic cycling holidays!
